Product Manager – (Based in Bangkok)
As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our product development process, driving strategy from conception through launch. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create products that delight our customers and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals and market needs.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact, effort, and feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with Technical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development.
User-Centric Focus: Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate on product features and enhance user experience.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering any related field.
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales or Product management or related roles.
Experience in NVH Testing is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Service-oriented with good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Strong organization, analytic and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is required.
