Internal Sales (Indoor Sales Representative)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential clients.
Handle incoming inquiries, provide technical solutions, and close sales.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and manage the sales process (training will be provided).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Strong communication skills and understanding of basic engineering principles.
Experience in cold calling or B2B sales is a strong advantage.
Good English speaking and writing skills.
Good problem-solving and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Cold calling experience in a B2B or technical sales environment.
Familiarity with the testing and measurement industries or similar sectors.
Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Effective presentation skills (especially over the phone).
Negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and contract discussions.
Awareness of market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
