Internal Sales (Indoor Sales Representative)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential clients.

  • Handle incoming inquiries, provide technical solutions, and close sales.

  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and manage the sales process (training will be provided).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Strong communication skills and understanding of basic engineering principles.

  • Experience in cold calling or B2B sales is a strong advantage.

  • Good English speaking and writing skills.

  • Good problem-solving and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cold calling experience in a B2B or technical sales environment.

  • Familiarity with the testing and measurement industries or similar sectors.

Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Effective presentation skills (especially over the phone).

  • Negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and contract discussions.

  • Awareness of market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
